Hello! My name is Heather, and I’ve lost 165 pounds naturally by prioritizing diet and exercise. In the meantime, I’ve found my passion for health and fitness. Growing up, I was always very active, but I was always overweight. It wasn’t until I was 20 years old that I started to realize my weight was holding me back. All of my friends were dating and getting married, while I was sitting at home eating junk food just to make me happy. I lived this lifestyle until I was 22 years old and decided, after countless rejections from men, that maybe I should start taking better care of myself. I switched my diet from takeout menus to eating only whole foods, and once I started to see progress with my diet, I joined the gym. I joined Planet Fitness about 5 months into my weight loss journey, and I just started walking at an incline for an hour five days a week. I immediately started seeing results, and I was hooked. I lost my first 100 pounds by eating whole foods and walking, and I was very happy. My dating life was starting to improve, and I had more friends. It wasn’t until I was 3 years into my journey that I decided to join a bodybuilding competition aimed at people who have transformed their lives and are now the best versions of themselves. I started lifting weights and prioritizing compound lifts. I even had my first coach for this show. After the show, I realized that I have a passion for fitness, and I finally felt like I had a purpose in my life. I want to help you see your purpose as well! Let’s get to work!☺️
